Thoughts on SecureDocs as a VDR option in Australia?
My startup is prepping for a funding round and we’ve been told to look into setting up a proper virtual data room. Someone suggested SecureDocs but I haven’t used it before. Is it actually worth it, or just another overhyped tool?

We actually went with Australian Data Room’s SecureDocs for our Series A, and it was way smoother than I expected. The setup was stupidly fast (like, same day), and the pricing was straightforward compared to some of the “enterprise” tools that nickel-and-dime you. It’s not as flashy as Intralinks or Ansarada, but if you want something reliable without the massive learning curve, it gets the job done. Perfect for startups that don’t have the bandwidth to train every investor on how to navigate a clunky system.
